Is an attorney at law specialized on Public international law with specific concentration on conflict resolution ; electoral process ; human rights and international humanitarian law; international organizations; multi-national peacekeeping; foreign investment and uses of space technologies.

In the field of peace strategies she provides legal advice on international human rights cases, analyses application of international treaties as currently the evaluation of international humanitarian law protections; she provides legal counsel to companies on issues dealing with human rights and development; she advises political candidates on international policy, particularly on issues dealing with conflict, humanitarian intervention and Africa. Through the non-profit entity “Peace Strategies”, she developed mission and programs for instruction on human rights law and sustainable development for foreign investment.

During her career, she was adviser and legal officer in the United Nations Angolan Verification Mission III in Angola, she was Chief of the Complaints and Legal Unit for Electoral Division in the U.N. Operation in Mozambique, Observer in the U.N. Observer Mission in South Africa, Political Affairs Officer of the Department of Political Affairs, Office for Outer Space Affairs in New York.
