
Valentine Stephen
Stephen Valentine has contributed to the design of the built environment with award-winning projects worldwide. His latest project, Timeship, whose mission is to conquer aging and eventually death.
Some of Valentine’s previous architectural projects include: as senior architect for the Long Island Railroad Station in New York City, the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, the New York’s Convention and Exhibition Center, the Hong Kong Convention Center, Superparadise, an environmental science park with the world’s first tension water dome, located outside Tokyo, and the masterplan for the sacred city of Hangzhou, China.
He has presented to the Vatican in Rome, the United Nations, universities, professional organizations, and governmental associations throughout the world. He previously taught at the prestigious Pratt Institute’s School of Architecture. Valentine’s work has been exhibited at the New York Municipal Art Society, the Cathedral Saint John the Divine, and The Cooper Union. There are now future plans for an exhibit at the ADI Museum of Design in Milan.
